Planning a presentation, press-conference or a panel discussion? The LAKMA Auditorium accommodates a professional lecture-style presentations of various sizes. The Auditorium in the LAKMA building may be privately rented for special speaker engagements, panel presentations, and film screenings.

Capasity: Fixed built in seats with tablet arms is available for 80 vistors .. Additional chairs may be available (with notice). Maximum Room seating capacity 100.

Equipment: The Auditorium is equipped with a large, automaitc pull-down screen, MULTI-MEDIA UNIT, behind the screen podium with fixed Microphone, Overhead Projector and Internet Connection.

No food or beverage permitted inside auditorium.

• Stage 30 feet in length and 16 feet in depth at center stage
• Capacity of 80 to 100 people
• The Museum‘s on-site AV equipment, including audio systems, video systems, laptops, strategically positioned PA speakers, LCD projection.
• Consultation with the Museum’s in-house Audio Visual services
• Consistently updated Internet connection
• Atrium hall, with its ample spaces, opens, flaps, and closes with the start of your event, the highlight of your choosing, and at the end of the event
• Catering by Café Calatrava, the LAKMA'S in-house catering service
• Secure parking on-site for 30 vehicles.
• Direct access to atrium hall and other galleries.
• Available alone or with other rental spaces, 7 days a week
